For the 2026–2027 academic year, the application deadline for doctoral and integrated doctoral students to apply for housing in the dormitories located on our University’s Davutpaşa Campus has been extended.
To allow students to submit their dormitory applications after the completion of the application and evaluation processes for doctoral programs and the announcement of application results, the deadline for dormitory applications—which was previously announced to end on September 15, 2026—has been extended until 3:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2026.
New Deadline for Applications: September 25, 2026 – 3:00 p.m.

Applications submitted by Doctoral and Integrated Doctoral students who complete their applications within the application period will be considered.
Students who have previously applied do not need to reapply. It is important that applications be completed with all required and accurate information by the specified deadline.
Announcement of Application Results
Following the evaluation of applications, the list of students eligible to reside in the dormitory will be announced on the website of the Directorate of Health, Culture, and Sports; application results will also be communicated to applicants via email.
We strongly urge our students to take the updated application deadline into account and complete their applications by 3:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2026.
