Possibility of Accommodation in High-Capacity and Quality Dormitories

When students from outside of İstanbul come to Yıldız Technical University, they find a comfortable, peaceful and safe environment. Çağdaş Yaşam Sennur Selçuk Öztap Female Dormitory for 72 students, İstanbul Kız Liseliler Female Dormitory for 42 students, and Şehide Türkan Türkmen Tekin Female Dormitory for 24 students at Davutpaşa Campus provide accommodation for a total of 138 students.

 

High Standards of Food Service

Daily meals for students, administrative, and academic staff are prepared in kitchens on Yıldız and Davutpaşa campuses and served in dining halls. The food service is inspected by the nutrition unit personnel within the Department of Health Culture and Sports following the technical specifications, starting from the purchase phase of the goods and services until the end of the service. YTU cafeterias, which serve 10,000 people daily during the academic year, also serve dinner apart from lunch.

Yıldız Technical University Student Dormitories

Yıldız Technical University students are provided with shelter in comfortable, peaceful, and safe environments when they come from outside of the province. Davutpaşa Campus offers housing to a total of 131 students with Çağdaş Yaşam Sennur Selçuk Öztap Female Dormitory (for 72 bachelor's and master's degree students), İstanbul Kız Liseliler Male Dormitory ( for 42 doctoral and post-doctoral researchers) and Şehide Türkan Türkmen Tekin Female Dormitory (for 24 doctoral and post-doctoral researchers).

Davutpasa Çağdaş Yaşam Sennur Selçuk Öztap Dormitory

Located within the Davutpaşa Campus, the dormitory is a one-block female dormitory with 72 beds. Rooms are for 3 people; each room has a shower, WC, refrigerator, wardrobe, desk, and wireless internet system. The dormitory has a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, irons, ironing tables; a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric stove, water dispensers; a television room; and a study room.

Şehide Türkan Türkmen Tekin Female Dormitory

The dormitory at Davutpaşa Campus consists of one block and has a capacity of 24 beds. All apartments have 2 bedrooms, for 1 person or 2 people. The rooms are for 1 or 3 people... The dormitory has a ready-to-use kitchen, television (relaxation) room, bathroom, laundry, and dryer.

İstanbul Kız Liseliler Female Dormitory

The dormitory, which is located within Davutpaşa Campus, is a one-block female dormitory with 42 beds... The rooms are for 3 people, and each room has a shower, WC, refrigerator, wardrobe, desk, and wireless internet system. The dormitory also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, irons, ironing tables; a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric stove, water dispensers; a television room, and a study room.
