> At YTU , extracurricular activities such as paninting, photography, Classical Turkish Music, chorus, slow music, classical music, lute-nay-guitar, folklore, and theatrical activities are performed. Also at university's Department of Physical Education, activities takes place concerning basketball, handball, football, volleyball, water ball, swimming, judo, tekvando, wrestling, table-tennis, mountain climbing and skiing. In sports and folklore competitions, our teams get many awards. Besides YTU Republic Chorus performs successful concerts and gets awarded in many competitions.
