Applications are being accepted through the ARDEB Project Application System.
The application deadline for the second round of the 2026 “1001–Program for Supporting Scientific and Technological Research Projects,” administered by the TÜBİTAK Presidency of Research Support Programs (ARDEB), has been extended.
Under the program, research projects that are scientifically sound and aimed at generating new knowledge, developing scientific interpretations, or solving technological problems are supported.
The deadline for completing online applications and performing electronic signature procedures for projects has been updated to September 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Project applications must be submitted via the Project Application System (PBS) and include an electronic signature. The PBS can be accessed at http://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr; detailed information regarding the e-signature process is available via the link below.

No additional time will be granted for electronic signature procedures. Therefore, the project application approval and the electronic signature process must be completed in full by the specified date.

Maximum Project Funding: 3,000,000 TL
